Property description

This project was a challenge for our company. We wanted to create something that nobody did before in real estate market of Prague. And we did.

We renovated the whole building except flats inside letting people to create their own layout for their need with the help of our architects. Consumers could fit layout according to their ideas and usage of the flats, some of them for business at airbnb, some of them for residental living.

We developed the project that satisfied not only investor and its expectations but also final consumer needs.
