We decided to widen our portfolio of projects with family houses outside of Prague. We found a great plot within 10 km from Prague in the middle of nature and trees, but also having all infrastructures reachable within few minutes. We decided that family houses have to have lots of natural light, space and opportunity to enjoy nature from terraces. Quality materials, spacious rooms, comfortable living – that was a main idea leading this project to success.
