Property description
If we see an opportunity, we always act. This smaller project get our attention. This beautiful villa with a small common plot was build while “first republic”.
We decided to renovate it and divide it into medium-size flats from 60-90 square meters for people who loves silence, nature and who wants to live really close to city center.
Using hi-end class materials while renovation made flats look really nice and pretty.
Idea of the project was to let people enjoy the nature on its own garden – not every project has such opportunity.
Investors were glad to participate in such opportunity as our customers who bought their flats.
